Valerie’s passion for birth work began over 17 years ago, starting as a labor coach for a family member. While raising her three children as a stay-at-home mom, she witnessed countless births and eventually made it official, because, as she says, “I’ve always been a labor coach… why not make it official?”

She trained at Birth Boot Camp in Arlington, Texas, and brings a well-rounded approach to her work as a certified birth doula, birth photographer, CPR certified professional, and Spinning Babies® trained provider. Her care focuses on optimal fetal positioning, body balance, and supporting a smoother birth experience.

Married for 23 years, Valerie leads with heart, experience, and intention. Her motto, Educate. Empower. Repeat. perfectly reflects the care she provides to every family she serves. Her goal is not only to support mothers during birth, but to leave a lasting, meaningful impact for years to come
