What You’ll Experience

This 1-day class, taught exclusively by birth | Fort Worth, covers everything you need for a low-intervention, confident birth experience. You’ll learn how to build a supportive birth team, advocate for yourself, understand late-pregnancy procedures, prepare for induction or cesarean if needed, and work with your body during labor.

Partners are encouraged to attend and will learn hands-on comfort measures, labor support techniques, and what to expect at each stage of birth.

You’ll also explore breath work, breastfeeding basics, fourth-trimester tips, and get access to the Your Best Birth™ Student Portal.

Best For: First Time Parents, 2+ Years Since Last Birth, folks planning an unmedicated or low-intervention birth, especially in a hospital setting

Format: 1-day, in-person class
