Bringing home a baby changes everything, but your relationship still deserves care, too.

Tag Team is a hands-on workshop designed for postpartum couples who want to slow down, reconnect, and learn practical ways to care for one another during one of life's biggest transitions.

This experience is all about both partners giving and receiving care. You'll take turns learning massage techniques, practicing stretches, and creating intentional moments of connection that you can continue at home long after class ends.

What to Bring

• A pillow

• A blanket or yoga mat large enough for both partners

• Water and your favorite snacks (optional)

Investment

Founding Class Special: $25 per couple

This workshop will regularly be $200 per couple, but we're offering our very first class for just $25 per couple as we launch this new experience and capture photos and video for future classes.
