Maternal Health Walk

We’re thrilled that the DFW Black Mamas Walking Club is officially joining forces with the INSPIRE National Walk! Together, we’ll amplify our shared mission to honor Black motherhood, promote postpartum mental‑health support, and push for equity—one powerful stride at a time. By partnering, we’re combining INSPIRE’s nationwide reach with DFW Black Mamas’ vibrant, on‑the‑ground community energy across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Expect joint training walks, wellness pop‑ups, and family‑friendly events that celebrate joy, healing, and collective action. Stay tuned for local route and details. Let’s lace up, link arms, and make SHIFT happen—DFW‑style!
