Exceptionally You Wellness provides holistic, evidence-based support across all stages of reproductive and perinatal wellness. The owner is a certified Full Spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, Reiki Master Teacher, and Women's Wellness Practitioner with a background in psychology and social

services. She brings a unique understanding of both emotional and practical needs to her work.

Exceptionally You Wellness blends evidence-based

practices with holistic support to nurture the mind, body,

and spirit through every stage of reproductive and

perinatal care.

Trauma Informed and Person Centered

Each client's lived experience shapes support. Every

person is met with compassion, deep listening, and

care that moves at their pace.

Inclusive and Affirming

All families are welcome here. LGBTQIA, BIPOC, and

poly families are supported with respect and without

judgment.

Holistic and Practical

Traditional wellness practices are integrated with current

clinical knowledge to create well-rounded support that

honors both intuition and science.
